Payment:

All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Payment Method:

Payments can be made via cheque or bank transfer.

Terms:

Payment is due within 14 days from the invoicing date.

Contract Period:

The agreement starts upon signing and concludes after the event day.

Multiple Partners:

Strategic partners may join different tiers without conflict.

Information & Material:

Partners must provide event information and materials.

Goods & Equipment:

Partners are responsible for their goods and equipment.

Damages & Loss:

IMT-GT JBC is not liable for damage, loss, or theft.

Deadlines and Deliverables:

IMT-GT JBC is not liable for unmet deadlines.

Event Withdrawal:

IMT-GT JBC retains payments in case of withdrawal.

Binding Agreement:

Signing acknowledges acceptance of terms.

Governing Laws:

Malaysian laws govern this agreement.
